Hint: Hughmus is a fresh product and should be kept refrigerated.  Can't eat it all? Freeze and allow to come to room temperature before serving. Top with a dash of fresh olive oil and it's almost as good as fresh!

About the Maker

In 2013, a local hummus lover named Hugh set out to make the perfect hummus. He sourced the best organic ingredients and, after many trials, developed the recipe he longed for. Hugh's friends from Tennessee to Israel were wild about his hummus and they convinced him to start selling it.
