Beets

Our gold and red beets just can't be beat for flavor and nutrition. You can enjoy these sweet, earthy beet roots by boiling, roasting, or eating them raw. Our favorite way to cook beets is to boil until fork tender and use a paper towel to rub off the skins. Slice over greens and top with goat cheese and balsamic glaze for a healthy, easy dish. Yum!
