Broccoli Greens

What do broccoli leaves taste like? Broccoli! You're probably most familiar with broccoli florets, but the leaves actually have more cell-protecting antioxidants, vitamins E and K, and calcium. There are so many ways to use broccoli greens. Cook them as a stand-in for collards, use fresh as a wrap, or toss in a soup. Our favorite idea is a fresh broccoli salad with cheddar, bacon and buttermilk ranch. Mmm!
