Rainbow Daikon Radishes

Daikons are Asian winter radishes that have a little spicy kick and can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways from cooked to raw. We like to shred them on a barbeque sandwich as a healthy slaw alternative. These purple, green and white beauties really pop on a salad or a veggie tray. They have great storage life in the produce drawer, too.
