Fresh oregano pairs well with basil, thyme, garlic and other herbs or can be chopped and used on it's own as a flavor enhancer for meats, vegetables, soups or other dishes. If you enjoy the taste of oregano, add a bit to a fresh salad for an extra pop of summer flavor.
