Green Bee Tomatoes

Green Bee is a new variety of cherry tomato that chefs are going crazy for. This plum sized tomato remains firm when ripe and has an amazing storage life of several weeks at room temperature and months in the fridge. Very firm texture is ideal for grilling and roasting, but Green Bee can also be used for pickling, gazpacho, salsa fresca... you name it! A great choice for eaters who do not typically like fresh tomatoes, as the "tomatoey" flavors are muted in this variety. It’s pretty green color is streaked with hints of yellow and pink, making it a beautiful addition to your plate.
