We'll cover the entire process from seeding to growing to harvesting and storage in a simple way that anyone can replicate at home.
In this small group, hands-on workshop you'll learn a simple step-by-step process for growing these nutrient-packed little veggies right in your own home. Green thumb not required!

You'll leave the class with your trays planted and ready to harvest within 10 days. We'll even send you home with a booklet outlining all the steps, troubleshooting tips, and recommended resources for buying supplies.

Things to consider about growing microgreens:
- For best results growing microgreens, an inexpensive LED or florescent light is needed. This is not included in the workshop fee, but recommendations will be given on where to purchase - or you may already have something suitable at home.
- Good air circulation is needed for successfully growing microgreens, but a small household fan will do the trick.
- Microgreens grow best at typical home temperatures ranging from 65 to 80 degrees. If you wish to grow in your garage, basement, or a non-conditioned space, just keep this in mind.
