"Red Thread Blend" Coffee Beans

We love Leiper's Fork Roastery so much that we've decided to formulate our own coffee blend exclusive to Red Thread Farm. As an avid coffee lover, Jeremy worked directly with the master roaster, Steve May, to perfect our unique blend. Although we can't reveal all the secrets, we can tell you that it's a blend of premium Mexican Altura and Costa Rican beans perfectly roasted into a complex flavor profile. This one walks the line of being a dark roast but without any smoky, bitter tones. It's full bodied and very low acidity, with top notes of dark chocolate and caramel. This is the cup of morning coffee the farmer will be drinking every day around here!
