Yellow Summer Squash

These slightly fluted, yellow squash have the same flavor as the yellow crooknecks from Grandma's garden. You'll appreciate the uniform slices and small seed cavity. Battered and fried is the southern way, but we also love to eat summer squash stir fried in a little olive oil with salt and pepper.

Choose from small or large fruits. The large size fruits are excellent for grilling, making squash boats, or cooking in casseroles.

Small - At least 3 small to medium fruits for a total weight of 1.25 lb+

Large - At least 3 large fruits for a total weight of 2.5 lb+
